Synopsis
What would you do if you could stop time? Moritani Misuzu is using her unusual ability to stop time for three minutes a day to observe the people around her. One day, she chooses to “observe” class idol Murakami Haruka’s panties-only to find herself in a very compromising situation when her classmate turns out to be immune to her power.
My Opinion
This is a short story the movie it’s 60 minutes and the manga 2 volumes not much really.
When it comes to the story i personally think it’s better in the manga cause they explain a little more and give more details not much since it’s still to short but is something i guess.
About the plot
The story in the first part is too slow and the second half is too fast like if they were running out of time or don’t know what to put in the middle and being honest it’s kind of interesting how they are with each other and how 2 really different people are actually so alike cause Moritani it’s a loner that is obvious and on the other side Murakami it’s never alone or atleas it does not look like she is alone, she is popular but everyone talks shit behing her back and she is really lonely in reality it’s like she has no one even when she is “never alone”.
In fragtime at first portrait Moritani as someone really shy and calm but for some reason she wants to peek at her classmate’s panties, while Murakami for some reason it’s not to bother by that so the most interasting thing in this story it’s get to know how this girls are when no one else can’t see them.
I don’t think i can say much cause this story is so short that whatever i say will posibly be a spoiler, but i will definitely say this story it’s not for everyone it goes really in a grey path and i rather re-read the manga than re-watch the movie.
